Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 2026

These terms apply to appointments and services provided by Angel Hair Beauty at 501 West Derby Road, Liverpool. Booking with us means you accept them.

Booking and deposits

  • A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email — not when the form is submitted.
  • We take a 20% deposit at the time of booking. It comes off your final bill on the day; it is not an additional charge.
  • Prices shown are estimates for a standard service. Hair length, thickness and condition change the time and product needed. Any change to the price is agreed with you during your consultation, before we start.

Cancelling or changing your appointment

We need at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment, or to refund a deposit. Inside 24 hours the slot cannot usually be re-booked, so the deposit is retained. Full detail, including what happens if we cancel, is in our Cancellations & Refunds policy.

Arriving

  • Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
  • If you arrive late we will do as much as the remaining time allows, so that the guest after you is not kept waiting. The full price still applies.
  • More than 15 minutes late may mean we have to rebook you. Where that happens it is treated as a late cancellation.

Colour services and patch tests

For colour services a skin sensitivity test may be required before your appointment, in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and our insurance. If a test is needed we will tell you when you book. If a required test has not been done we cannot carry out the service, and the appointment is treated as a late cancellation.

Please tell us before we begin about allergies, scalp conditions, medication, pregnancy, or any colour or chemical treatment you have had elsewhere — including home colour or box dye. It changes what is safe to do.

Children and personal belongings

  • Children in the salon must stay with the adult who brought them.
  • Please keep your belongings with you. We cannot accept responsibility for items left in the salon.

If something is not right

Tell us within 7 days and come back in so we can look at it. In most cases we will put it right at no charge. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to have a service put right, or to a price reduction, where it was not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

Our right to decline

We may decline or stop a service where it would not be safe, where a required patch test has not been done, or where a guest is abusive to our team. This is rare, and we will always explain why.
